FREEHOLD, NJ — In-person Girl Scout Cookie Sales are winding down in Freehold, the organization's website said. Whether you buy them for the taste, to help the Girl Scouts, for some other reason, or for all of the above, you are almost out of time to get your fill of Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, and the other cookies the girls sell from a local stand until 2023. According to the Girl Scouts' website, some locations in and around Marlboro that are scheduled to have cookies sales this week: Dunkin' Donuts (3263 Rt 9): On Sunday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ShopRite of Freehold (3585 Rt 9): On Sunday, March 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bagel Nook (51 Village Center Drive): On Saturday, April 2 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. We are told the website is updated frequently, so it is recommended to check it several times before giving up on finding cookies.
