Em, sometimes I miss you. Sometimes I don't. But wishing you away doesn't make it so. Wishing that I could get you out of my mind and stop thinking of you doesn't make it happen. Wishing that I could stop being in love with you doesn't make it happen. I think about you everyday all the time. And even though I feel that you weren't very good to me a lot of the time, a part of me still wants you. I'm still in love with you. And wishing that I wasn't, doesn't make it so. I tried to be a part of your lifestyle and to change my way of thinking. But I guess I'm just too old fashioned, and want just a one-on-one thing. Love you just the same. I really wish that I was important enough to you that you wanted to spend time with me. You used to want to all the time. But now I'm put out to pasture, part of the back burner club.
