Job description Smart Build LLC is growing in the DC, MD, VA area providing apartment renovation services. We are seeking an Onsite Job Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in the DC Area. We are looking for a team member with renovation experience who can work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and is looking to grow. Previous experience with apartment upgrades is a plus. Responsibilities Include: · Oversee subcontractors on multiple job sites including quality control, inspections, scheduling. · Recieve materials and organize Jobsite · Assist with material ordering, receiving, inventory, and schedule management. ·· Monitor and provide reporting to management · Work with property management personnel, prepare and share project goals, details to senior management and owners · Track the due diligence process, scheduling, & change orders · Promote and maintain a safe work environment · Other duties as assigned by the manager · Perform punch list when necessary Requirements: · 3-5 years construction management experience in multifamily construction/renovations · Strong existing network of subcontractors · Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and make decisions in a fast-paced environment · Stellar record in the multi-family construction field · Proven project coordination skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present to owners and clients · Perform functions efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
