National inspection company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors or inspection companies to service Washington & Allegany county. Responsibilities include: conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), providing property condition photos on occupied properties, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Direct and related experience preferred but not necessary. Requirements: -You must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in -Have regular daylight availability, as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours -Dependable, fuel-efficient transportation -Valid drivers license -Android or iOS Apple smartphone -Laptop or desktop computer -Printer -High Speed Internet -GPS -Volt Stick/Voltage Tester -Must be able to pass a background check - Ability to work independently, utilizing strong time management skills to meet deadlines -18 years of age or older This is a 1099 contract.
