You work at a vintage shop that I visited this afternoon. I was just dipping in with 5 minutes left on my meter during a quick little thrifting marathon, and you commented about how nice I looked and asked what the occasion was. I bashfully thanked you and told you you look very nice as well (nice was an understatement), and regret not making small talk into more talk.
