Description

The title says it all, I'm lookin' for safe, like-minded individuals who want to be part of a heavy music project that grooves. I'm a singer, producer, and guitarist that writes rock music that goes anywhere from acoustic, catchy, and folksy, to heavy, chuggy, and bluesy with western vibes. I'm 29 years of age. Need a drummer, guitarist, and bass guitarist, and multi-instrumentalists are welcome. Open tunings might have potential to be a good fit, but I primarily tune to drop-C drop-G, and drop D, as well as the occasional standard tunings. Keys of Gm, Cm, Dm, A and G are common. I know enough to tell you these things, but am slow to process music theory, and open to tips and help. That being said, if your understanding of theory isn't up to snuff, I won't write off the possibility that you process melody mostly by ear and feel, because that's how I operate! You should have rhythm, swing, and know time-signature, though. I don't write notation, so let's work together as best we can. My sound is diverse, but if you can't get down with metal or alternative, it probably won't be a fit. Send me a demo. I'm just gettin' back in the groove, so I'll need to whip one together if it's asked for. I currently live in Roseburg, but can make trips, and may move to Eugene. Your gender is irrelevant, I stand for equality. Just some extra search keywords: Mesa, Marshall, Fender, Roland, Diezel, Celestion, ESP, LTD, PRS, Martin, EMG, Fluence Modern Alnico, Seymour Duncan, PAF, Southern, pop, country rap, blues, mix, mandolin, fiddle, resonator, strings.
