bike lane safety?

Prime delivery driver that found humor in almost hitting me on my bike in the bike lane. I’m 58 disabled and was riding with my dog. Nobody hears but this is the reason I removed Amazon account today. I want to email photos to customer service but they do not offer a email address that works. I have video too of the driver being threatening towards me but again will anyone care
