Looking for an Amazing, Humorous, and Fun-Loving Security Specialist for a Huge Estate Sale Event … Qualities needed for this position: -Must employ excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills -Must demonstrate the ability to resolve security breaches -Must be able to work autonomously -Must provide quick solutions to customer dilemmas -Must be a team player -Must have a Charismatic, humorous, and talkative personality to charm customers Job Description Looking for a fun-loving person to amuse, and humor customers as they wait in line to attend an estate sale event. We are not looking for an incredibly serious and stoic armed (lol) individual to “call the authorities“ if something goes haywire. Rather, we are looking for someone who could think “outside the box” and quickly mediate situations calmly and effectively (and autonomously). We are looking for an individual who has amazing commutation skills, so one can speak to customers and occupy their time as they wait patiently to get into the estate sale. We would like someone who has a fun-loving personality and has a beautiful positive attitude; one will need a positive persona to attract customers and make them laugh. Humor is a must!!! If you do not have any humor skills, do not bother applying for this position. In this business, you have to be able to make lemons out of lemonade…. LOL :-)! It is imperative not to be incredibly serious because if one is too serious…. customers will leave the event. So, we are looking for someone who has the charisma, fun-loving, friendly, and fun synergy to keep customers, patiently, waiting. Also, this individual must be able to check receipts and make sure that items are paid for. Specialists must be able to mediate within the staff to make sure items are paid for by calling another staff specialist to verify items purchased. Serious inquiries only.
