Former President Donald Trump is suing Hillary Clinton and several other Democrat operatives for pushing the debunked Russia collusion hoax. In the court filing with the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida, Trump's legal team details how the Clinton team spread malicious and false information about Trump being an agent of Russia, in order to derail his Presidential campaign. The filing says: • "The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme ” falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources ” are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison. Here are some of the co-conspirators named in Trump's suit: • the Democratic National Committee • former FBI Director James Comey • Democrat operative Marc Elias • Christopher Steele, author of the debunked Steele dossier • President Joe Biden’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan RICO: Trumps lawsuit alleges that the defendants violated U.S. RICO laws, or laws used against organized crime groups such as gangs and mafias, among other violations. The filing writes: • The members of the Enterprise are a group of persons associated together for the common purpose of carrying on an ongoing enterprise; specifically, the Enterprise had a common, unlawful goal of dismantling the Plaintiff’s political career and/or impeding his ability to effectively govern through fraudulent, deceptive, and criminal means." The same plot that ultimately failed to stop his presidential campaign, was then weaponized against his Presidency - kneecapping him for his first three years as the Mueller investigation [which ultimately found no collusion with Russia] constantly cast a shadow over him to prevent his effectiveness. Don't Count on Crooked being held accountable though.
