Description

Needing full time and part time employees to help with landscaping work, lawn care, and tree care. We do landscape installs, lawn maintenance, tree removal/trimming, mulching, pruning, fence/deck building, concrete work, irrigation installs, Christmas lights, etc. Transportation and good work ethic are required, plus the ability to work some Saturdays when it rains us out during the week. Starting pay is $14.50 per hour, and then go up depending on your experience, reliability, and work skills. Currently offering a $300 dollar sign on bonus with terms. If you can prove your experienced in the industry and have knowledge on everything we do, starting pay would be more. Possibly up to $20 per hour for an industry experienced employee that has strong leadership skills (must have references and proof of past work). 2 week trail period to see if you're a good fit, if you no show or have any issues in the first 2 weeks employment is terminated. Once employed, you will be able to take time off and tend to personal things as needed. We allow employees to do what they need to do and its not a problem as long as we have some notice of your absence. Our shop is in West Fork and that's where we met most mornings.
