Old Man with 3 houses on 2 acres needs help with alot of outdoor things. No experience is really needed if Mechanically inclined and willing to work and learn. I have all good tools and equipment. Lots of time the first month or so. Property is located SE 98th & P. I do not want someone who lives too far away. Gas is too damn high!
