Our Cat Ripper escaped last night and ran off onto East Phillps Ave between the 15th street and Maryland Parkway. He is a white and tabby cat with no collar (as it broke). He is probably very scared, but if you see him please tell us. He is very missed. He is neutered and microchipped. Call or text
