My name is Jennifer and I am a dental hygiene student at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland. I am currently searching for patients to fulfill my clinical experience requirements. Our dental clinic offers both regular and deep cleanings and restorative services such as fillings, crowns, and implants. I have appointments available for FREE SCREENINGS on the following dates: 1. Thursday April 18th 2. Thursday April 28th 3. Thursday May 19th 4. Thursday May 26th 5. Thursday June 2nd DETAILS: -This is a learning environment so all student work is thoroughly checked by the supervising dental hygienists and dentists, so I ask for your patience and understanding. -Screening appointments are FREE, are about 45min-1hr long, and help us determine what dental services you would need. -If you decide to get cleanings or other services at our clinic, we take almost all insurance providers including Apple Health -If you do not have insurance, our cash rates are typically half the cost of private practice. HEALTH HISTORY: -If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a recent heart attack or stroke (within 6 months) I will not be able to see you as a patient in my dental clinic.
