This could be several hours per month, once or twice. Pulling weeds, trimming, fertilizing the plants and lawn, planting. Generally, maintaining the yard and maintaining the small edible garden. Up front, there is a lot to do, probably a full week but that can be broken into smaller projects, if needed. You must have experience and have the time and motivation to show up each month on a regular basis. References are appreciated.
