Description
Looking for 20 - 40 hours a week at $20.00 per hour general maintenance man for a residential and commercial property management company. Must be physically able to do hard physical labor such as snow shoveling, mowing of yards, and move heavy equipment. Must have own reliable transportation. Need to be able to do simple electrical wiring such as new outlets and installation of new light fixtures. Skilled in laying tile. Drywall repair and installation. General plumbing such as new sink or toilet. HVAC must have a strong understanding of swamp cooler maintenance and repair. Landscaping work such as trimming trees and fixing broken sprinkler heads.
