$Cash Paid$ Masonry and or Plumbing work needed

I pay cash same day. I need a section of my cement basement floor tore up and new sewer pipe installed if you know how to do just masonry work then I'd pay you to do just the cement part.. If you know how to install a section of sewer pipe then Id pay you just for that part or if you know how to do both then you can have the whole job. Anyone interested?
