The success of our company is fueled by our crew members. Timber Ridge Property Solutions is currently looking for Landscape Crew Members to join our team. Seasonal, Part Time positions with the ability of more full-time hours throughout the season. Seasonal work starting in April and concluding in November. Opportunity to stay on the crew year-round if candidate has experience or shows interests in working with Timber Ridge Property Solution Snow Removal during winter months. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year Residential or Commercial experience as a Landscape Crew Member, Landscape Laborer, Landscape Technician, or as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member. We are looking for individuals who take pride in high-quality service to join our crew. Responsibilities: Comply with all company employment and safety policies and procedures Have a basic understanding of a variety of tasks in the landscape industry Have a basic understanding of power equipment and its operation and safety guidelines Exhibit safe working practices and procedures and maintain a safe workplace Qualifications: Ability to execute mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, and installation of flowers or plants Uphold valid driver’s license, with ability to handle vehicle and trailer. Ability to follow instructions Work well within a crew setting Exhibit a physical fitness level required to be effective daily Ability to lift 50lbs Willingness to learn and further abilities Possess a strong work ethic Schedule: Seasonal, Monday through Friday including some Saturdays (if needed).
