Immediate opening for non-union, highly skilled & experienced Building Maintenance Technician / Assistant Superintendent (professionals only) for Maintenance-Property Management Team in NEW LUXURY RESIDENTIAL HIGH RISE in Jersey City. Our company has a consistent record of awards & success of more than 35 years in the Hoboken/Jersey City communities. 5 or more years full time employment REQUIRED as skilled professional Maintenance Tech, Handyman or Assistant Superintendent in MODERN high rise residential or commercial building(s) with 100 or more apartments or offices; our newest building has 350 apartments, 27 floors and many amenity spaces. MUST Live in or a short commute to Jersey City/Hoboken, speak English & Spanish, with legal proof to live & work in the U.S. TOP PAY for TOP SKILLS - YEARS OF WORK, LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY. High performer can rise to Assistant or Full Super as we complete more high/midrise projects already underway & scheduled. DUTIES at a HIGH PROFESSIONAL LEVEL: -- DAILY WORK ORDERS & APARTMENT or OFFICE TURNOVERS -- PLUMBING -- ELECTRIC -- APPLIANCES -- CARPENTRY / FLOORS / PAINTING -- Special consideration for TRAINING / CERTIFICATIONS such as OSHA, CMT, CAMT and / or the Professional Duties listed above.
