Maintenance Manager – Full time position at a year-round Inn (NH lakes region). General property maintenance includes (but not limited to) grounds keeping, building repairs, equipment maintenance, painting, overseeing part time employees, as required support to functions such as setting up and taking down tables/chairs for weddings, etc. Ability to plow and sand, knowledge of lawn equipment, driving bobcat/side by side required. This position is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends during our busy summer season.
Hourly compensation negotiable, depending on experience.
