Job Description Barten Bros. Junk Removal, Demolition, Site Work,& Fencing is seeking an In-Field "customer-focused" Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and providing a premium service. Our company is a top rated junk removal company in the state of NJ. We pride ourselves on our prompt, courteous, technology-infused service. We are not looking for someone who can simply haul junk, but individuals who can create and provide a 'WOW' factor to customers. Employment opportunity at this time is full time employment, Monday thru Saturday. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Clean Driver's License, preferably over the age of 21. Ability to lift 50+ pound items repeatedly throughout the work day. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Barten Bros. Junk & Clean Up is a A-901 licensed LLC registered within the state of New Jersey, operating within the greater Jersey Shore area. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour to start.
