I need to know NC laws as to the possession of a fire arm, black powder hand guns, there relationship to the theory that they are not considered a fire arm? And how they reflect with regards to possession by a felon also. I have had NC lawyers, tell me black powder guns in nc are considered a fire arm, i spent a lot of $ for a waste of time meeting with one of their lawyers and got told a 10 min bunch of gobbley gook....terrible advice of no help, all they wanted was their damn $ to get out of me to tell me absolutely nothing constructive. I have specific questions, which deserve direct honest answers.Seems all these supposed NC lawyers have in common are how much $ they can get from you without truly giving the buyer, an honest truthful answer. I want to know based upon specific models of black powder can be possessed by a felon for personal protection.
