Hi- I'm looking for someone (or two) to help with a basement remodel/finish. Clearly it's hard to find someone who knows what they are doing and is reliable, but I'm going to try it one more time. I've had three people no-show, two did show and didn't know what they were doing, and one person who knew what they were doing, but had an issue with not stealing tools. So here I am. Needing to frame out a basement (studs, electrical, drywall, air supply/vents, trim, etc.) and I have to start over to find someone reliable and knows what they are doing. I'll be working along side you - have several years of construction experience, but I don't have time to do it all myself.
