we constantly see this black lab who looks like she has had puppies recently... like her breasts are swollen. She has an orange collar. Constantly runs down 19th street. If this is your dog please restrain her. She is going to get hit by a car and its pissing off the neighbors. this dog sets off every dog down the street. The animal control officer has been informed.
