Family owned marine construction company looking for full-time team members. We are looking for individuals with skills in the following areas of construction, deck building, framing, roofing, welding and fabrication, basic electrical work, and equipment operation. We are willing to train persons with the right attitude. We are a family owned business that cares deeply about the safety of our team members and satisfaction of our customers. The right individual needs to share our values and company vision of putting customers, quality, and safety first. You must be willing to use all company provided safety equipment such as glasses, hearing protection, gloves, hard hats, ect. We provide one pair of steel toed boots per year after 90 days of employment. We also provide all necessary tools. You are free to bring your own but you are responsible for wear and tear and we will not replace any tools that are not company owned. We will perform a background check and drug screen along with a motor vehicle check. Clean license and reliable transportation is required. Must be able to lift 80# comfortably. If you smoke, vape, or chew tobacco you need not to apply as we do not allow any of these during working hours. We offer health insurance (we pay 50% of individual policy), dental insurance (paid for by team member), paid vacation, paid holidays, bonus incentives on all jobs, and year end bonus based on annual profits.
