EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — East Providence residents in need of emergency and general home repairs, and other safety and energy-efficiency improvements, are eligible for no-interest, deferred-payment loans and low interest loans with grant incentives.
The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development offers the loans through its block grant program.
