Need telephone wires moved, re-routed

I have a bunch of telephone wires running on the outside and inside of the property that needs to be property re-routed to the crawlspace to be much neater. The building is from 1950s and just needs general clean-up. 4 unit building. No tenant uses the phones except one tenant who only uses I think the line for ATT internet? Not sure. So you would need to know if lines are in use when you move. Most people use cell phones these days so not sure if we need it everywhere except if people want ATT internet.
