Landscaping and concrete labor in Big Bear

Need a laborer with concrete experience to help with exterior landscaping, retaining walls, and patio slab construction in Big Bear. Not interested in contractors or crews since it's a lot of small jobs on a large property that I'd rather pay hourly and supervise myself instead of endless haggling and explaining. I provide tools and materials. I will do the layouts and forms myself but need help with the grunt work. Must be hard working,  physically fit, and not playing with your phone during work hours. Private room available on-site if you're commuting from outside big bear. Projects will last at least a couple weeks with ongoing work available if this works out.
