We are looking for a diligent and reliable water garden specialist who is willing to learn how to manage and maintain water gardens throughout Orange County. Responsibilities: - Ensuring that all water gardens are maintained optimally and that ecosystems are in proper balance. - Maintaining an efficient customer route with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and other team members. -Collaborating with the office to create quotes, coordinate schedules and resolve any problems in a timely manner. -Ensuring that all supplies/equipment are prepared for upcoming jobs. Skills/Qualifications: -Must be a problem solver -Must be able to plan and organize schedule -Must be a handy person with the ability to troubleshoot repairs -Must be dependable, communicative and willing to learn Requirements: -Must have a valid and clear driving record -2 years minimum of relevant field experience (construction or landscape preferred) -Ability to do heavy lifting and perform vigorous physical labor when needed -Basic computer skills AquaLife Ponds is offering a management position for someone with construction and/or landscape experience who is seeking longevity and opportunities for growth.
