As a growing management company, we are looking for detail oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This position is an integral part of the team and ensures all property maintenance, inside and out, is performed to the highest possible standard. This position will perform daily groundskeeping to meet property standards for safety and curb appeal, occupied maintenance as requested by residents and manager, and unit turn overs as directed by management. This position will service multiple locations and works under the direction of the Community Manager. Your skills: Positive attitude and ability to provide high level of customer service to residents Ability to coordinate with teammates and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Excellent time management with the ability to balance multiple projects at once General labor including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and other custodial work Basic carpentry work such as drywall repairs, fitting doors, and use of hand and power tools Light electrical work such as replacing fixtures and outlets Light plumbing work such as unclogging drains and replacing fittings Ability to troubleshoot Interior and exterior painting Inventory management and ordering Your experience and qualifications: 3+ years full time residential property maintenance experience MS Office and property management software (Yardi/Appfolio) Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75 pounds Work safely and follow safety guidelines Read, speak, and understand English, multilingual a plus This position is primarily M-F but must be willing to respond to after hour emergencies and be on call when required.
