Need lawn leveling and seeding

Hello Hard Working Craigslist People, I am looking for a landscaper to level my backyard (fill in holes) and re-seed it. I had drains put in recently and the yard is chopped up. The area to level has a natural pitch (towards the crushed rock driveway as seen in the pictures). This pitch is to be kept. One area (by the glass house) needs to be built up / pitched away from the glass house. The area to be leveled is about 80 feet x 18 feet. I believe this can be done by dumping topsoil/sand mix and leveling it with a leveling rake. I do not want heavy equipment in the yard. If you look at the photos, you will see that I built a cat house/ catio in the backyard with a metal tunnel running to it. I can remove half of the tunnel so you can work the dirt. The crushed rock driveway is only about 7.5 feet wide so your truck will have to fit through this area to dump the dirt. If you are interested in the job, please answer these questions. Only those who answer my questions will be considered: 1. Describe your steps for dropping off the soil, leveling it and re-seeding. 2. How many people will work on this project? 3.
