Looking for a realtor who wants to make a sale and step into the million $ market. I am a buyer and I’m looking for a realtor to work with. I want 60% commission credit at settlement from the buyer agent commission, which means you would get 40% of the commission. My price range is ~1-2 million but I expect to land closer to a million, which means it will be equivalent to a full commission on a $400,000 property. Could be 2 million +/- depending on what's available. No experience necessary; only proper credentials/license so you can open doors, fill in some blanks on a contract, make some phone calls and get paid.
