Description
Pina (pronounced peen-ya) is a female DNA sexed Pineapple Conure, about 7 years old. We've had her for about 5 years. She's a nice bird, but is a little shy, so it will take time and patience for her to warm up to you. She's not the cuddly type, but will gladly step up for me and hang out on my finger or on the back of the couch. Most conures don't talk very well, and we tried, but never succeeded in teaching her to talk. She's on a Zupreem diet, with seed mix and millet as a treat. I buy the dried fruit mix from the bird store for her to snack on. The raisins are her favorite.
Sadly, we just do not have the time and patience for her anymore. I know that is not fair to her, but we believe that someone with bird experience nearby will be more than happy to add her to their flock. The cage in the pictures comes with her, as well as plenty of toys and food to keep her going for a while. We are only interested in letting her go along with her cage and not without it, to reduce the stress that changing homes can cause.
As expected, a rehoming fee applies of $500. Please send an email through CL, and change the name of the listing so I know it's not a spam message. I'm sorry, but I will not reply if you don't do this. I have to protect my email account. Thanks!
