Hiring for a grounds clean up person. Position is primarily driving a company truck to properties and picking up items left behind by tenants at move out and taking them to the dump. Additionally some deliveries to properties of supplies and assisting the grounds manager with minor painting, pressure washing, mulching, etc. Position has the ability to move up in the company as we promote from within. Starting pay is $15 per hour. Work schedule is M-F 8-4:30. Please respond to add for consideration.
