Caring Maids is seeking experienced Residential cleaners.You must have experience cleaning homes that clients currently live in. We're looking for contractors who are seeking additional cleaning jobs to add to your schedule! JOB REQUIREMENTS -Have a reliable vehicle to get to each job site -Have a flexible schedule as we are open 7 days -Have your own cleaning supplies broom,mop,vacuum, rags,paper towels, glass cleaner, oven cleaner, floor cleaner etc -Have a good work ethic, good attitude and reliability -Be willing to go back out to a job site if the client is not satisfied with your work -Give 110% into your cleaning every time -Have experience cleaning walls, windows, baseboards fans, blinds etc Our company is rapidly growing and were looking for cleaners who can grow with us long term. The pay is 50/60% of each cleaning flat rate. We pay much more then the average cleaning company averaging over 18/20$ an hour and we do pay same day. Once hired on we do go through a 3 week probationary period to get feedback from clients on how well your cleanings are completed. After probation is over we can decide to keep you on full time or if this is not the right company for you moving forward. If your hired on full time you will be required to get liability insurance which can be purchased through our insurance provider for only 30$ a month. Please understand were only looking for cleaners who are self sufficient and do not have to be micro managed.
