Pool company provides swimming pool maintenance (cleaning pools/spas, balancing water chemistry, monitoring equipment, etc) as well as doing repairs. We are looking for people who do quality work. We are based in Orlando FL and reach out into the surrounding areas. We are looking for a pool MAINTENANCE (cleaning, etc) tech. This involves weekly visits to residential locations to service pools and spas. Weekly pay ranges between $600+ depending on the experience and defined role of the candidate. We are looking for team members with resolute integrity, a strong moral compass and a distinct drive to join a well established company in which you personally excel. The right person will receive opportunity for financial advancements via bonuses, commissions and raises. "Get by" applicants need not respond. Key points: -Company work truck and equipment is provided. -Enjoy major holidays off. -Full time, year round work -Advancement opportunities At a minimum you must: -Be a self-motivator and punctual. -Have excellent communication skills. -Be professional, friendly and respectful toward customers and others you engage. -Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. -Be able to pass a background and drug test. (Don't waste your or our time.) -Have good moral character, be very responsible and value work well done. -Be mechanically minded. -You must have problem solving abilities. -Enjoy working outdoors and be able to cope with all Florida seasons, especially the heat. -Have at least average strength (be able to pick up 100# buckets). -Manage your time and communicate with office well. If you manage time well, are a hard worker, pay attention to detail and value communication, this can be a great industry. Experience with pools, tools and plumbing is a plus.
