Description
This is a full-time landscaping and general labor position requiring experience and knowledge in these fields.
The job site has a lot of steep terrain and cliffs. It includes everything from weeding and removing invasive species to building trails on steep slopes. You must be in good physical condition and not afraid of heights.
Having arborist experience and equipment is a plus.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Pulling weeds and invasive species.
Clearing hillsides and farm of trees and brush.
Planting trees/plants.
Building trails with pick-ax and shovels.
Other miscellaneous labor.
You will be expected to:
Be communicative, professional, reliable, and punctual.
Be in good physical shape and able to carry heavy loads.
Be able to hike difficult and steep terrain.
Follow instructions.
Work rain or shine.
Accurately identify plant species.
Work unattended.
Work 30+ hours per week.
You are required to have:

Your own phone.
Your own bank account.
Beginning pays starts at $22/hr for standard labor and increases substantially for hard labor (trail building).
Position includes 2 weeks paid vacation per year.
This is not a cash position.
