I will be working as a professional coach conducting 1-on-1 sessions with people seeking support in addressing patterns of thought or emotion which are keeping them from living their ideal life, virtually or in person. I will be helping my clients articulate their goals and providing them with support, accountability, and encouragement in reaching them.
