Meet our Panelist: Melissa Raulerson, ONE Family Property Services Title: Field Director // Property Manager Melissa is an Army Veteran and current military spouse who used to work with the Command and Families as a GS employee with 7th SFG. In the world of Real Estate, she has become one of the fastest growing Property Managers in the area. Helping manage 100+ homes and providing excellent customer service to homeowners and tenants alike. On any given day, you will find Melissa managing a property or performing on the stage. Nico Camargo, Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast Title: Real Estate Agent Nico lives in Navarre with his two beautiful ladies in his life, his wife Lyna and daughter Mia. He loves fishing, working out, traveling, hiking, snowboarding, shooting and riding his Harley Davidson! Nico was born in Bogota, Colombia and moved to the United States in 2001. He later earned his Bachelors in International Business from Immaculata University in 2012, where he played varsity soccer all four years. Nico then enlisted in the Air Force in 2013 and got out in 2019. He went back to school and finished his MBA from Grand Canyon University in 2021. Nico and his family have experienced many ups and downs as immigrants as they had to become familiar with a new language, culture, and customs. His life experiences has taught him the importance of hard work, resilience, tenacity, and compassion. Kersten Bowman, Corcoran Reverie Title: Corcoran Reverie Luxury Real Estate Specialist Kersten has been a part of the real estate community along the Emerald Coast for eight years. She is licensed in both Florida and Alabama, with her main residence being in the Niceville area. She is a military spouse and has two young children. Her passion is connecting people into the community. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching indoor youth volleyball and being with her family. Andrew Cady, Fairway Mortgage Title: Branch Manager with the Epic Mortgage Team Andrew joined the mortgage industry in 2015 with a passion for serving others. He has been named top 1% loan officers and top VA lenders in the country the last 4 years in a row. He has been recognized by National Mortgage Professional Magazine as the Top 40 under 40 to watch in the mortgage industry. His team spans Florida from Miami to Destin and is pacing to close 1000 homes in 2022. Melissa Dean, Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast Title: Real Estate Agent My first and most important title is called mom to 3 wonderful children. I believe there is no role in life more eternal than this and I am forever grateful to have the opportunity in my life to be one. I started committing myself to improving my health physically and mentally, I decided to get my certifications teaching Spinning and Kickboxing at our local YMCA. This led me into a more committed journey with intense fitness training and I competed in a couple shows with the NPC program. In 2015, I moved to the beautiful Emerald Coast ready to put all my past training and education towards bettering my family and my future with real estate. My passion is people, building relationships, and providing value in all the ways. I know the key to successful relationships is not only good communication skills, but more importantly great listening skills too.
