Join us at Eaton Wellness every Second Sunday for a moment of mindfulness!
This recurring yoga session and guided meditation is an offering to support students at Howard University College of Medicine as a space to re-center. Led by fellow medical students, this class is open to healthcare professionals, healthcare workers in training, and people of color. We also welcome the support of allies in this space.
Take time to reconnect with your breath, body, mind, and spirit. After caring for and pouring into others all week, you deserve a space to move, decompress, and pour into yourself.
