For many years, transportation institutions have continued to operate within this framework resulting in systemic inequality and even overt racism. By establishing a shared definition of systemic inequality, and exploring the economic, social, moral and risk impacts of racism, we collectively improve the airport industry. The ACRP Insight Event: Systemic Inequality in the Airport Industry is an in-depth, face-to-face gathering designed to promote communication and collaboration, foster progress, and help identify areas of future interest and research. This event will bring together experts from across the industry for two days of thought-provoking dialog to consider this important challenge and how we can collectively transform into a more equal and inclusive industry. The agenda incorporates both panel discussions and audience breakout sessions to maximize engagement. About ACRP ACRP is an industry-driven, applied research program that develops near-term, practical solutions to airport challenges. ACRP is authorized by Congress, sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration, and managed by the Transportation Research Board.
