An all-level, Ayurveda-inspired yoga practice led by 500 hr. RYT Kim Sowinski, at The Lodge at Richfield Heritage Preserve! What: Join us for an all-level, Ayurveda-inspired yoga practice led by 500 hr. RYT Kim Sowinski, at The Lodge at Richfield Heritage Preserve! All donations will benefit the Research Institute for Children’s Health at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Event is limited to 70 guests and all guests must bring their own yoga mat. Guests can also purchase a limited post-yoga historical hike ticket led by Kim! Only 15 spots are available! All guests will receive a link for a self-guided historical hike. When: Sunday, May 22, 2022 Yoga: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. (all-levels class)Food Truck Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (wrap of your choice and bottle of water from Wrap It Up Food Truck included in each ticket, choose a wrap with registration) Guided Hike: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.Cost: $50 yoga and lunch ($20 tax-deductible), $70 yoga, hike, and lunch ($30 tax-deductible)Sponsorships: There are three sponsorship levels available ($500, $250, $100) to help off-set the costs of the event, see the ticket link for sponsor benefits.If you cannot attend, you can make a donation on the registration page or mail a check! The rustic, wooden walls and gorgeous stone fireplace create the perfect, warm environment for a rejuvenating yoga practice! An open concept room with vaulted ceilings and soft lighting sets the perfect mood to start your Sunday. Richfield Heritage Preserve is a 336-acre hidden treasure located in Richfield, Ohio. We invite you to explore its lakes, streams and wooded trails with either the yoga and hike ticket or a self-guided hike. Enjoy the scenic grounds and entrench yourself in its rich history. All guests will receive a link for a self-guided historical hike.
