Hello fellow soul surfers! Please note that I am a licensed, bonded, Hello fellow soul surfers! Please note that I am a licensed, bonded, and permitted surf school in Encinitas which is essential for maximizing your potential and safety! Upon meeting I will provide your equipment and then venture down on the sand where our adventure begins. We start with me listening to your story and intentions for the session and where you may need some support while relating metaphors of surfing and its lessons to your life for a powerful context. I will then guide you through specific techniques Meditation, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), visualization, and breath-work) that I have developed and tailor them specifically to the areas in your life where you feel stuck or blocked. We will then review techniques/ safety before proceeding into the ocean such as how to paddle, pop up on the board, etc. In the ocean I will guide you to use what we previously anchored in order to have a powerful somatic based "breakthrough" experience. There is no better activity than surfing (the way I do it) to provide you this ultimate life changing experience. After surfing we will discuss any perspective shifts you had and end with a closing meditation. I will give specific tools you can apply daily to manifest what it is you want in your life.
