We will begin by cleansing & clearing our space using sacred white sage & Palo Santo holy wood. We will introduce each other sharing any questions. Each person will select a mat, pillow and blanket as well as a crystal orgone energy device that Steven hand crafted with sacred red rock from Sedona. He will explain how these unique pieces of art are made, sharing with you the crystals & minerals & the healing benefits of the orgone & how it will assist you in your mediation. We will follow a strict metaphysical protocol of taming the body & mind to a relaxed state of preparation to a blissful journey we’ll experience together. As crystal singing bowls, tuned to the heart chakra, are played softly in the background, you will be taken on a guided opening meditation respectfully bringing to life the planetary sounds of the gong. Paring the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems in ways exclusively possessed by the gong, calming the turbulent sea of the wondering mind. This crystal orgone sound meditation will be like no other you have experienced. Be prepared to be swept away. As the session concludes guests who are willing will share their experience and we can discuss them and their meaning.
