EEC teacher qualified, or assistant educator to join an elite team of educators dedicated to the field of early learning. The salary for this position is education and experience dependent. We are willing to train and educate highly motivated individuals who do not yet have experience. Free college courses are possible. Applicant must: • Be 17 years old or older • Be a flexible and self-motivated team player • Be a problem-solver • Have a college degree or willingness to continue their education • Be willing to be a lifetime learner and understand its importance • Have the ability to adapt and change as research and industry standards change • Have experience working with young children • Be willing to learn our methodology and accept our philosophy • Truly enjoy teaching young children • Be able to teach kindness while also modeling kindness with children, families and co-workers • Be self-aware and reflective • Lift 35 lbs • Be able to squat and sit on the floor, and rise from the floor easily • Pass a background check – SORI, CORI, DCF, Fingerprinting Preferred but not necessary: • College degree • Bi-lingual • Experience educating young children • Ability to assess development
