Join me for a beautifully curated wellness experience at the beautiful Stone Mountain Park. Not only will you be provided an opportunity to explore the mountain and the park surrounding it, but the peak of your experience will be a beautiful, mindful and curated yoga flow amidst breathtaking views once we get to the top. We will meet at the bottom of the mountain in a specified location, I will introduce myself as well as provide a brief description of what you will experience and answer any questions you may have. We will hike the trail to the peak of the mountain where we will set up for class and move our bodies through a beautifully curated 1 hour yoga flow. At the close of the experience, you will be provided with a complimentary beverage, snack and a souvenir gift bag as a thank you!
