Growing Architectural Specialties Company Seeks a Talented Metal Fabricator with organization and people-skills. We manufacture custom metal canopies, awnings, Louvers, etc. Most of our products are made of aluminum. Ideally, we are about a 6 person fab-shop. Our shop is 8 minutes from I-485 in Indian Trail, NC. The ideal candidate will be a solid fabricator with a refined ability to read blueprints, do layout, figure cut lengths, cut, build, and effectively MIG and TIG weld aluminum of varying thicknesses. Applicants should also possess basic computer skills, be organized, be able to delegate tasks to others, monitor quality and accuracy of work being completed throughout the shop, monitor inventories, stock of shop supplies, consumables, PPE, etc. and work closely with managers in other departments to help prioritize the daily functions of the shop. We are looking for a long-term team member with a desire to grow and become an essential part of a team that functions more like a family.
