We'll meet in the park and start with introductions and a discussion of any medical or physical concerns you may have about practicing yoga.
Next, we'll settle ourselves on our mats and turn our focus inward to our breath. After a short warm up, we will practice mindfulness yoga by yoking our breath to our movements in a hatha flow sequence designed to build strength, balance and flexibility while quieting the mind. Finally, we'll spend blissful minutes in quiet cooling asanas before allowing ourselves to drift in peaceful savasana and a meditation on gratefulness.
