Wabi Clean seeks to contact a janitor/cleaner to assist in maintaining facilities in Queens. The individual must be familiar with cleaning and sanitizing techniques. They also must be flexible with working hours, be punctual and work well with others. Janitor Responsibilities: - General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. - Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. - Cleaning and stock restrooms. - Emptying trash receptacles, compactors, and bagging trash for proper disposal. Qualifications: - Ability to manage your time efficiently. - Work well independently. - Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. - Handle basic maintenance, cleaning, and other janitorial work. - Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. - Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
