EAST GREENWICH, RI — Dean Benjamin, a 20-year resident of East Greenwich, will help lead the new RE/MAX Collections division office with a focus on luxury and high-end properties when it opens in town on March 1. Benjamin will lead the office, known at The Collection at RE/MAX Professionals, along with Jason Ferri. Benjamin, formerly of Keller Williams, has been the No. 1 agent in both volume and units for the past four years. He brings with him vast experience in luxury real estate and a stellar sales record, averaging $15 million-plus in sales per year. RE/MAX Professionals is owned and operated by industry veterans, David Iannuccilli and Len Iannuccilli, who were recognized as the 2019 brokers of the year for New England.
