Pastor Sandra Baker Howell is a woman touched by the hand of God. Her life's journey for the Lord began as a young girl with a God given vision in Mexico. Sandra and her mother Ouida Baker began their ministry in 1952.
Since 1952, Sandra and her family have empowered faith in people throughout Latin America and many other countries leading to the foundation of "Latin Harvest" (Cosecha Latina) ministry. Selected by the hand of God to be the light for the Lord that beacons many, Sandra began her life's journey shaking foundations and making great changes in the name of the Lord. Her ministries moved across North America to Guatamala and Brazil to England.
In 1976, the Lord manifested a blessing by the name of Norman Howell into Sandra's life. They married and became the proud parents of their dear son, Dustin Howell. Today Pastors Norman and Sandra Howell are the founders of the Church of the Crossroads located in the border city of Laredo, Texas. With 50 years of experience in ministry, Sandra Howell ministers both English and Spanish in her congregation throughout the United States and Latin America.
